If you don't want to carry a big DSLR camera, but still take some fancy pictures the G11 is just right. Even though it's not a big step from G10, it still got some new exciting features. It has a large and bright vari-angle display, a RAW mode and a new 10 megapixel sensor coupled with a faster processor. But the camera is quite expensive, $499.90 or about €550 in europe.
