Nixon released some new headphones called The Socket. They're made for doing sports with features like special memory wire which stays in position or the fact that they're sweat-resistant. Even though I am not a huge fan of Nixon's products quality wise, these things could be perfect for going to the gym or for a run. Plus they are just $30. Nixon.

Hobbyzone Super Cub
Discovered this sweet little plane (actually it's not that small, the wingspread is 1.2m) lately and bought one. And yes, it's so much fun and ideal to start flying RC planes. Plus it's super stable and if you do break something, you can get every piece of the plane for little money. Comes in a RTF (Ready To Fly) package, which means you got everything to start right off. $179.99 at hobbyzone.
Also check out this clip friends of mine made using a GoPro and a Super Cub: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1b0zOgcZyWk

Contour HD vs GoPro HD
I've already posted about the GoPro HD a while ago here, but now there seems to be another very good camera on the market. Contour sponsored this year's Burton Global Open Series, which are some of the biggest snowboard contests, and a few of my friends tried one. Quality wise, I guess they're both equally good. The GoPro has a bit a wider angle but then again the Contour is somewhat smaller. They both released some very nice additional features for the cameras like a an lcd back for the GoPro or an App for mobile devices where you can see what you're filming. Check their pages, Contour and GoPro. Here's some pictures and clips.

IWC Portugese
Now this is most likely the most beautiful and elegant watch ever made. It has a mechanical movement and if you choose the automatic model a power reserve of up to seven days. There's a lot more to tell about the tech-gimmicks of this watch, all on IWC's page. Unfortunately this beauty has it's price, starting at about CHF 8000 all the way up to CHF 235'000.
Hendrick's Gin
If you're looking for some really good gin, Hendrick's should definitely do the job. Produced in Scotland, Hendrick's uses "uses a hint of Bulgarian Rose followed by a mash of cucumber", which makes it as tasty as it is. Best served with a slice of cucumber and just a little bit of pepper. And of course some tonic water, if you like to mix it. Hendrick's Gin, about CHF 50 per bottle.
